Since 2013, I’ve been dedicated to coaching clients on their personal fitness journeys through in-person training sessions. My fitness journey started back in high school when I got into martial arts and strength training. Over the years, I’ve worked hard to become well-rounded in different fitness areas and earned certifications in weightlifting, program design, nutrition, assessments, and recovery.
My training philosophy focuses on empowering clients to be self-sufficient, so they won’t need me forever. I believe in transparency and encourage critical thinking in their fitness routines.
Beyond the gym, I’m an enthusiast of martial arts like Jiu-Jitsu, Boxing, and Muay Thai. I also find joy in dancing, particularly salsa and bachata, and cherish quality time with family and friends, enjoying the fullness of life. “
